Mantra I am learning to tell the truth with my life. This means doing more than just spilling moon sick starlight into my speech. As a writer, my responsibility it greater than just penning prettiness. What we do is important, yes. This crafting of shape-shifting inspirational rhetoric means everything but it is not the only thing. I have to live as divinely as my approach to storytelling would suggest that I am. My life should be intentionally and infinitely aligned to all of the promises that belong to me. This means rejecting fear, regularly. It means guarding my heart and my mind and my work with everything that I have inside of me. It means literally disassociating myself from, and severing ties from anything and anyone that may cause me to behave in a manner that is not in accordance with what I have begged God for. If my speech and spirit are unable to arrive and some kind of synchronicity, then what is the point? Who then, will open themselves and allow me to hum stanza and song into their veins of virtuousness?
